Infographics for various integration projects
When Takeda Pharmaceuticals acquired an equally large company, Shire, I worked with many business units to integrate systems, communicate changes, and train people to new processes. At the completion of major projects I created celebratory infographics that were used to rally teams, communicate good work to leadership, and prepare teams for the next phases of integration. The infographics were such a hit that they were noticed outside of circles my company worked in, thus creating new work and new client relationships.
