US Air Force culture of innovation AFWERX challenge
Winner of the AFWERX innovation space challenge, we designed a multi-phased, multi-tiered approach to culture innovation to produce a bottom-up culture shift to incubate and support an innovative workspace within the US Air Force.
As Creative Strategist in phase one and Initiative Lead in phase two, my role was to help architect the solution, develop the narrative, and communicate the value of all components to key stakeholders.
The Aquila pitch was made in three parts. Video submission, small group pitch, and Q&A sessions. I led the team in partnership with our Innovation Lead through this process. I created narrative and logo, leave-behinds, videos, one-pagers, Zoom backgrounds, and facilitated sessions.
