TEDx ATL Design Thinking Salon Architect and Facilitator
Developed 3 hour salon for TEDx Atlanta on design thinking. We activated one of the TED Talks (as voted on by our attendees) in our sold-out salon.

Built Creative Community of Practice for the Chicago Market 
TiER1 Performance needed to expand their small Chicago office of five. They brought me in to stand-up the creative capabilities in the market. I developed an onboarding process for incoming team members teaching the advantages and capabilities of the creative community of practice. I pushed to bring creative into the initial client conversations resulting in what was (internally) called, “The Kate Citrin Factor.” The term was coined to describe the client’s desire to pull our team in earlier to conversations and the cascading effect our design work had on getting new work awarded.

Graphic Facilitation Academy Development / Stood-Up Graphic Facilitation Capability
I stood up the Graphic Facilitation capability at TiER1 Performance. I developed a curriculum to train graphic facilitators which can be repurposed as a client offering. I also executed road shows to educate solution architects and business development.

American Change Management Conference (ACMP) Workshop Development and Facilitator
Created a one-hour course on creating engaging ideation sessions with graphic facilitation to ten selected conference attendees.
